KDD – Kuwait Badminton League – September Playoff

Super Smashers emerged champions of the recently concluded KDD – Kuwait Badminton League – September playoff defeating Rainbow Archers in confident way.

The September playoff was played in 2 days ( September 11th and 18th ) was inaugurated by Capt Ali Al Marri , trophies for May playoff was given away by the dignitaries present on the day of inauguration.

Team Shuttle dragons received the Champions trophy for the May play off from Capt Ali Al Marri – Vice President BAC

The Runner up of May play off Acme acers received their trophy from Mr VV Subramanian, General Manager- KDD

Rainbow Archers and Super Thanjai Ninjas, semifinalists of May playoff received their trophy from Mr Satheesh, Regional sales & Merchandising Manager- KDD and Mr Anis Ahmad Director SIMS

September PLAYOFF

Super Smashers were in terrific form as they thrashed Rainbow Archers 4-2. The finals had all the ingredients of cracker of a contest.

Indian Badminton Association – Kuwait (IBAK) is a non- profit organization committed to the popularization and development of the game of Badminton in Kuwait. In the short span of 4 years, IBAK has grown to over 500+ registered members and has got affiliated to Kuwait Badminton Federation ( KBF). We offer our members:

·Regular playing sessions in the evenings between 6 pm to 9.30 pm every day in a 9 courts facility

·Periodic national and International tournaments

·Regular Coaching Modules conducted by Professional coaches targeting the budding young talents
