This is why visualizations, affirmations and repeated images can have such a powerful effect in our life. The seminar and workshop by Dr Jeetendra Adhia was held on Friday, 18th and Saturday, 19th March 2016. Seminar was held at Kuwait's Boys Scout Association, Hawally and Workshop was held at New Park Hotel, Hawally.
Dr Adhia is a Medical Doctor, MD in preventive & Social Medicine from Mumbai University with the experience as a Medical Doctor for 30 years. Dr. Adhia has several books on topics related to the 'mind'; one of his books: 'Spring of Inspiration' is an all-time best seller. He has also produced many: audio CDs, DVDs, audio books, charts, and posters on the same topics.
During the seminar and workshop Dr Adiya explains in a unique way, how the mind and body is connected and how it will help us to tap into that hidden power that is within ourselves. The hidden power is nothing other than our Subconscious mind.
Our aim is to attain happiness in our life. We are existing in this planet in four forms such as body, mind, heart and soul. If all these four forms are healthy, we can attain happiness. Our mind has different states as Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta. Dr Adhia in his practical workshop explained how to reach the alpha state and communicate directly with your sub conscious mind. He showed how the subconscious mind is always carrying out the “instructions” given to it by the conscious mind, for better or for worse. He explained how positive thinking plays an important role in our life and how to implement it by using the power of subconscious mind.

Dr. Ahdia feels that there is lot of ignorance of the subject of Mind Power as there is no University or School in the world which teaches the subject and so he has made it a mission of his life to spread this message. In keeping with this he announced that he will be conducting a 'Train the Trainer Program in Kuwait' in the near future to develop qualified Trainers who will help him spread the message in this region.
