Brig Khalid Fahd is doing a great job. We request his kind attention in the basements of Salmiya area. Owner rent out the basements for storing purposes although those basements are meant for parking cars. Hence tenants are forced to park their cars on the footpath and walkways that prevents pedestrian from walking along the foot-path and forcing them to walk on the road.
