Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced that the working hours of the authority in all administrative units and offices for citizens and expatriates transactions will be from 10 am to 2 pm at the headquarters in the holy month of Ramadan, whereas the collection of civil ID's through the machine will be from 10 am to 6pm.

James Kurian Wednesday, June 22, 2016 Please let me know about the first time civil id collectors. Can they collect their civil id between 2pm to 6pm during the holy ramdaan as they have to go to the office first. If office is closed after 2pm, how they can collect the civil id...?
