Zafran Indian Bistro, the award-winning contemporary Indian restaurant welcomes the holy month of Ramadan and invites families to enjoy Iftar at Light Complex, Mahboula. The Iftar menu offers a lavish spread of North-west Indian delicacies to be shared with family and friends. Zafran will delight guests with classic Indian dishes presenting Indian cuisine at its best. During the holy month, break your fast with the lavish buffet comprising of a choice of soups, a rich salad offering, tandoori kebabs with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, hot main courses including curries and biryanis crafted especially for the Holy month of Ramadan for the whole family to enjoy. Specially prepared with local palates in mind and using the freshest ingredients, some of the interesting dishes on the menu include Dal Shorba, Hummus and Tabouleh. Kebabs will feature Tandoori Prawns, Chicken Tikka, Malai Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab and Paneer Tikka.
The Iftar meal is perfectly complimented with accompaniments such as breads, raitas homemade pickles and preserves and a range specialty beverages including Ramadan juices, tea and coffee. To finish off the sumptuous buffet a choice of Indian desserts like Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun and Arabic sweets like Baklava, Umm Ali to name a few.
This delicious selection of dishes is part of Zafran’s set Ramadan menu priced at KD 7.500 for adults and KD 4.500 for children. In addition, the à la carte menu will also be available from 8:00pm onwards throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
