Ofcource verbal or written should not be allowed without giving any reason.First of all there was law in Kuwait that without giving reason you cannot discharge staff but i was victim, where i served 30 years i got a notice from reputed bank like NBK saying your services are terminated without giving any reason. Anyway no regrets but at the time of taking indenmity the social affairs first ask us to sign the paper that you have received all the dues, which in fact is credited upon signing this letter. Very strange laws, pls change this law or somebody working so hard for so many years might get nothing.Further i had in my staff acct say kd 2000/- and the bank blocked this account without giving any reason. Do they have right to block this account I want to from Central bank of Kuwait ,this is my money because you have still not credited my indeminity into it. Even if you credit my indeminity you have no right to block my whole amount, and i feel this is illegal and authorities much check this with central bank of Kuwait and punich those banks who are banning account holder to withdraw their ieeligmate money apart from indenmity money which was credited to their account.
