You are right Professor, in this project ones who did the most are children, their parents and assigned teachers. I know some of the parents after day long hard work spent sleepless nights just to support their children in completing the projects. Teachers are doing their part well. If children are given importance and respected for what they are doing, they are capable of bringing more laurels to the institute, instead of blindly praising a person who is not connected with any such assignments or projects.

As an educator, one must thank the students who undertook the project and presented it in front of a team of judges. While I was reading this article my grand daughter said that the principal who is being thanked here did not even bother to visit the show and talk to the team leave alone other things. I was surprised by the expression of the honest fact by a child and I could not explain what role principal had in this beautiful project. So all teachers, be sincere in praising your children and their effort and that will take the self esteem to greater heights.
