NSS Kuwait conducted free medical camp and released Calendar 2017

Nair Service Society (NSS), Kuwait conducted Free Medical Camp on 16th December 2016, Friday at United Indian School, Abbasiya from 7.30 am till 1.00 pm. The camp was organized in association with Indian Doctors Forum (IDF), Kuwait Heart Foundation (KHF), Indian Dentists Alliance (IDAK) and Nurses Association, Kuwait.
Large number of people got benefited from this noble service organized by NSS, Kuwait. Doctors from various departments such as General Medicine, Diabetes, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Oncology, Dermatology, Dental, Physiotherapy etc. offered their free services from 7.30 am to 1 pm.
Around 15 nurses and paramedical staff were also rendered their services for the smooth functioning of the camp. Cholesterol check-Up by Kuwait Heart Foundation, Blood Sugar Test, Vision Test and ECG facility were other free services offered at the Medical Camp.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Sayed Rehman, IDF Community Secretary Services. Dr. Prathap Unnithan (Community Director, IDAK), Mr. Madhu Vettiyar (NSS Vice President), Mrs. Deepa Pillai (NSS Vanitha Samajam Convener), Mr. Sunil Menon (NSS Patron), Mr. Saji Kumar (NSS Welfare Coordinator), Mr. Madhav Chandran (NSS Jt Welfare coordinator) spoke on the occasion.
Our main sponsor Lulu Exchange Area Manager Mr. Shafaz Ahmed gave felicitation speech. NSS Medical Camp Committee Convener Mr. Aneesh P Nair and other members Mr. Baiju Pillai and Mr.Vijayakumar were part of the inaugural function.
During the function, NSS Kuwait 2017 calendar was released by Leading Gynecologist Dr. Saritha by giving a copy of the calendrer to sponsor Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre, General Manager Mr. Rizwan. Doctors and nurses that offered great support for the camp were honored by presenting mementos.
