Salmiya Indian Model School Congratulates Maria Jasvi

The Management and the Staff of SIMS congratulated and complimented Maria Jasvi of grade 10 who is the member of the Kuwait women cricket team ever since 2013 for her spectacular performance in WOMEN INTERNATIONAL T 20 CUP hosted by UAE at Sharjah Stadium.

Totally seven countries participated in the tournament.

UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Kenya, Uganda, Malaysia

Semifinal match was played between Kuwait-UAE in which Kuwait lost unluckily & missed the chance to enter finals. However, Maria showed her skills as a fast bowler claiming 4 wickets in the tournament. Maria with her excellent sportsmanship spirit will undoubtedly achieve much more than this in the near future.

Salmiya Indian Model School is proud of this international cricket star and wishes her all the best.
