The red carpet at Golden Globe Awards 2017 stunned everyone with looks that ranged from superlative beauty to understated glamour. The megawatt celebrities like Priyanka Chopra and Ratajkowski sported some stunning makeup artistry and now you have a chance to try out some by following few steps.

With washes of metallic gold eye-shadow, swivel of siren red lipstick, dewy complexion and ultra-feminine pink lippies, the beauty looks witnessed on the red carpet were everything from subtle and understated to bold and bright.

Wondering how to achieve these looks? Worry no more, as designers of red-carpet expertise -- L'Oréal Paris -- have decoded three of these gorgeous make-up looks, just for you!

* Statement Lips: Priyanka Chopra was a vision from head-to-toe at the event. Her stunning solid gold appearance, with deep oxblood lipstick was a scene-stealer and wowed everyone at the red carpet and on the stage.

How to re-create the look

Step 1: Start by applying a nude-coloured eyeshadow on your eyelids to get a wide-eyed look

Step 2: Then, line your eyes with a black liner, ensuring that you extend the line just slightly past the corners for a subtle cat-eye

Step 3: Plump up your lashes by applying a generous coat of mascara on your top and bottom lashes

Step 4: Lastly, let your lips do all the talking. Gently exfoliate your lips and rinse 5 minutes before applying the lipstick to avoid any flakiness. Choose the perfect matte oxblood lipstick, one that will complement you skin as well as your dress and apply generously on your lips to complete the look

* Dazzling Eyes: After seeing this look on the red carpet, we're convinced that dazzling eyes and lips are the new beauty must-haves and a trend that will be seen in entire 2017. Ratajkowski, is the latest celebrity to lead the trend which she paired well with a perfectly contoured face.

How to To re-create her look

Step 1: Unify your base with a liquid foundation. Next, use a soft pink blush to create a rosy flush on the apples of your cheeks. Alternately, use the highlighter and an illuminator to highlight the area above your cheekbones, forehead, chin, and bridge of nose

Step 2: Now, accentuate those beautiful eyes with a metallic hued gold eyeshadow or a gold lipstick. Start, by blending the colour into your upper lids. Blend upwards towards your brows, covering the entire surface area of your eye. Make sure that the colour becomes subtler has you move upwards on the eye

Step 3: After you finished on the upper lid, create a shadow by blending the same colour underneath your lower lash line, as well. Finish off with dollops of mascara and coral lip color with a touch of gold in it

* Dewy Complexion: Amidst the glitz and glamour of the festive season and the bright, bold looks, you might want to add a subtlety in your look while stepping out for a quiet family lunch or a day out with your girl gang. A nude dewy look is all you need to look your ravishing best this season.

How to re-create the look

Step 1: To create a dewy base, start off by moisturizing your skin thoroughly. Then, prep it for makeup by applying primer to all areas of your face.

Step 2: Next, use an illuminating BB Cream to create shine on your forehead, bridge of nose, high points of your cheeks, and chin, while covering up any problem areas or redness. To create the ultimate 'wet' look, you can even spray your face with a mist of water before leaving the house!

Step 3: Use a light golden brown eyeshadow to cover your upper lids up to the crease of your eyes for a super natural look. Take a darker shade of brown and blend it into the outer corners of your eyes to create a little more glamour.

Step 4: Next, use volumizing mascara to coat your upper and lower lashes, placing more emphasis on the outer lashes of your upper lids.

Step 5: Finish off with a touch of clear lip-gloss on your lips to match that glowing complexion!
