Kuwait Amir invites PM Narendra Modi to Kuwait

IIK Staff Reporter Thursday, March 30, 2017
Kuwait Amir invites PM Narendra Modi to Kuwait

His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah has invited Indian Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi to Kuwait. The invitation has been delivered to PM Modi in Delhi, informed Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Sunil Jain.

However the date for Modi's visit to Kuwait is not yet decided and it will be finalized by mutual convenience of both the countries, ambassador said. Two weeks back India's National Security Advisor Sri Ajit Doval, who is possibly India's second most important man after Prime Minister Narendra Modi, had visited Kuwait and held high level meeting with HH The Amir of Kuwait and other high level officials.

Modi's visit to Kuwait was a long time demand by the Indian community in Kuwait after he took charge as the Prime Minister of India. This will be first visit by any Indian Prime Minister after 35 years. The Last visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Kuwait was in 1981 when the then Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi visited Kuwait. The Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah had visited India in November 2013.

According to Forbes' Narendra Modi is India's populist prime minister and remains hugely popular in India. Modi has raised his profile as a global leader in recent years during official visits with Barack Obama and Xi Jinping. He has also emerged as a key figure in the international effort to tackle climate change, as planetary warming will deeply affect millions of his country's rural and most vulnerable citizens.

Dear Welcomers

This Modi is trying to Tax NRI people who are hardly and very difficulty earning their money leaving their beloved people and relatives, not everyone has good earning , but this man trying to put tax on our earning income.

when he comes better explain him because in Kuwait people are suffering and paying their hard earn money to Kuwait government by raised fee and raised food expenses, raised room rents...
Again Tax on NRI earning then what use we people working here in Kuwait. Some one should explain him...

Thanks

INDIANS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS WAIT TO KUWAIT, AFTER THE MOST SUCCESSFUL VISIT OF THE PM TO KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA AND UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, WHERE THE ABUDHABI EMPEROR GIFTED INDIANS A PIECE OF LAND FOR A HINDU TEMPLE. WHEN RAHUL GANDHI VISITED KUWAIT FEW YEARS BACK, THERE HAD BEEN A MOVE TO ALLOT SOME LAND IN KUWAIT FOR A TEMPLE. HOPE, THIS TIME, KUWAIT WILL DECLARE THIS GIFT DURING THE GREAT VISIT OF INDIAN PM. IT IS A WISE DECISION OF THE GREAT RULER OF THIS COUNTRY TO INVITE INDIAN PM, WHO IS BECOMING ONE OF THE GREATEST LEADER UNIVERSALLY.

Modi Bhakt's don't be over excited, he is tourist P.M . He visited all countries in the world even some country names which we never heard. And it is not going to be useful for us. Thodi phekam phaak karke chala jaayega.
In his place I wish Sushma Swaraj visit Kuwait. I have never seen a dedicated working foreign minister. She responds to issues even in mid night. Kudos to her. Long live Sushmaji...

I feel ashamed to have a PM who is a nationalist and hate monger representing all Indians. When we had greater leaders like AbdulKalam, ManMohan Singh and the likes there was no invitation from Kuwait.

Great news after a long time. I am dying to see NM. I will take a day off to see NM. But I am not sure if NM will address the public like he did in US & Australia. However I shall be disapponited to see big businessmen attending the luncheon / dinner hosted in his honor and clicking pics with him (for FB posts) while I shall be at home. He should be avaialable for masses like that of US.
