Impact of Lifestyle in Health

Hi, readers! We all face a variety of health problems. As a result based on a study, half of it is caused by lifestyle problems.According to WHO, Health is a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing. We must take care of it.

Our Body is like a plant. It must get proper nutrition and should be taken care properly. Health depends on our lifestyle. Lifestyle is the way we live. How we take care of our body. According to WHO, 60% of related factors to individual health and quality of life are correlated to the lifestyle.

Millions of people follow an unhealthy way of life. The people who lead unhealthy lifestyle can come across various problems like obesity, joint and skeletal problems, diabetes, stroke and heart attacks. The role of smoking has been explored for many years and was among the first behavioral types to be studied. They cause problems in lungs.

Some people keeps eating and eating without any exercise.Their physical power is very little. Many of the early studies were related to physical activity, but later the approach was changed by studying leisure time physical activity about what people do in their leisure. A study tells us that people are watching T.V sets and mobile phones. Interaction with the real world is petite.

Due to Heavy jobs and busy works, people get very tensed. They get Angry very fast. Most of the Diseases like Elevation in Blood Pressure occurs due to this. We should keep calm.We all should be happy. Do you know that it takes 18 muscles to smile and 36 muscles to frown? People Are addicted to mobile phones. Cell phones kill imagination and brain power of the individual using it. Before the upcoming of cell phones, people used to play games read newspapers which improved an individual's imagination and Vocabulary.

Nowadays people often visits hospitals. You know why? Due to the lack of healthy lifestyle. The 21st century is the century of Fast foods. It is appetizing. People often buy it.However, it causes many health issues. They are hard to digest causing problems for the stomach and causes other types of Diseases.

Let's compare this situation with Olden times.

People did not go to hospitals and had a long life. It is because there were no T.V’s or mobile phones. They came out for a walk. The enjoyed their Leisure by playing different games which also gives them a good exercise and keeps them disease free. Obesity was scarce during their time.

In my point of view, Healthy living is much more than eating healthy and being physically well. Healthy living means to enjoy life to it's fullest. It's participating in activities you love. It's eating foods you enjoy. Healthy living is making sure that your choices match your values.

I try mostly to remain happy throughout my life. I also participate in laughter and yoga clubs. I have felt its benefits.

Usually, in Kuwait, everyone including children leads a busy life. We don’t get time to look after our health and its benefits. I recommend people to exercise and indulge in recreational activities at least on Friday’s and Saturday’s. There is Variety of Mind refreshing activities and club’s available to us. Be a part of it. This will help children as well as adults to lead a healthy and fresh life without defects.

So, my friends Do lead a Healthy and Happy Lifestyle. Also, I am sharing some tips to lead a Healthy Lifestyle.
