Indian nationals in Kuwait, who are committed to the ideological views of India’s national party Nationalist Congress Party (NCP- India) joined together and formed a new cultural Organization in Kuwait named “ Overseas Nationalist Cultural People-Kuwait (ONCP KUWAIT)” with approval from NCP overseas Cell-Delhi, India. In a press meet held on Popins Auditorium, Abbasiya, the officials briefed the media about the ONCP Kuwait.
