Its been noticed that people tend to drive extremely rash on Route 40 and Route 30 . The worst part is that they drive with only using their Orange Colored Parking lights ON... and when they near a vehicle they scare the hell out of the drive who is driving in front and this causes tension and accident..... they use extremly HIGH LED BULBS which can blind the front driver .....
STOP DOING THIS .. for GOD'S SAKE...
You people drive rash and kill yourself and kill the Innocent.

Please Sir, - MOI of kuwait ,
I plead and beg to you to stop the driver from the use of mobile when driving -- whether he is the driver for kuwaiti family or driver from company or salesman or common man whether he is an expat or local citizen -- OTHER INNCOENT LIFE IS IMPORTANT ..
I beg to you to action first the local citizen the FEMALE first and then the MALES and strict action to the driver ....
Please no mobile use and no telephone cord on their ears. Becoz the driver whoever it is driving is DEAF AND CARE a hang who is behind them and front of them ---- Many of the locals have FULL INSURANCE AND not the EXPATS -- they can afford another car not they are scared of their life .
