Risala Study Circle (RSC) has commenced its two months long 9th Art & Literary festival titled ‘Sahithyolsav’. TVS Group Chairman Dr. S.M. Hyther Ali released the brochure of National Sahityolsav by handing over the copy to I.C.F. National Committee President Abdul Hakeem Darimi.

Following the completion of Unit and Sector level competitions, Central level competitions will be conducted on 3rd November at Carmel School Auditorium- Khaitan, Indian Public School Auditorium- Salmiya, Taj Auditorium Abbasiya, Galaxy Auditorium Fahaheel and ICF Auditorium- Jahra. The best in class performers from the aforesaid five central levels would be competing at National level Sahithyolsav on 17th November 2017 (Friday) at Philippine International English School, Fahaheel between 8 am to 10 pm. More than 400 participants will be competing in 67 items on four separate stages.
