Nanma Kuwait Malayalee Association conducted Onamsangamom at Indian Community Senior school Auditorium Salmiya. Public function was presided by Mr. Salim M.A. (President). Inauguration of the Onam- Eid celebrations was performed by Mr. Mr. Furjin Francis (Ex. General Secretary) by lighting the traditional Lamp.

Felicitation address were given by Dr. V. Binumon (Principal – Indian Community School, Kuwait), Mr. Louis James (Board Member), Mr. Amalan K.L. (Board Member), (Shoba Nair (Board Member), Mr. Noushad Vytilapalli (Treasurer).

The meeting honoured Dr. V. Binumon (Principal – Indian Community School, Kuwait), Mr. Satheesh G. Pillai & Mrs. Shiby Francis by giving a memento. Various colorful and exciting arts and cultural activities are arranged to enrich the celebration by arts conveners Mrs. Jasmine Francis & Mrs. Shylaja Thulasi. Pookkalam, Pulikkali, Nadanpattu and Thiruvathirakali attracted the audience. The welcoming of 'Mahabali' with tradition Chenda Mela was an attraction. After the cultural programmes, the sumptuous traditional Onam Sadhya was relished by everyone.
