FAIPS (DPS) Celebrated Grade 1 Annual Day

Helping children tap their passions and talents is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children.It helps them connect to the soul of the world. Realising that there is no greater self esteem booster than to know who you are and be passionate about what you have to offer the world.

FAIPS (DPS) class 1 organised their Annual Day on 18th December 2017 , based on the theme “WONDERS OF THE WORLD”.

The programme was graced by the chief guests Mr. Vijay Kapoor who is the owner of the ‘Bestow’ in Salmiya and a flourishing furnishing businessman and Mrs Banani Bose a director for an Art school.

The parents eagerly took their seats expecting sublime performances by their little ones. Principal Mrs. Anju Dheman and Vice Principal Mrs Vineeta Munshi and Headmistress Mrs. Seema welcomed the chief guests and parents with warm greetings.

The programme commenced with the Inaugural dance, invoking the blessings of Lord Ganesha, admired as the remover of obstacles and more generally the lord of beginnings.

The Hindi and French songs presented by our young kids created an aura of happiness.The dances from the Arabian culture as well as from India added a colourful flavour and captivated both the hearts and minds of the spectators.

The colourful drill display and the synchronized energetic Aerobic Dance with the glittering costumes was a thrilling and unique experience for the parents.

The programme concluded with a speech by chief guests where they showered the young performers with praise for their scintillating performance.

The Principal Mrs. Anju Dheman congratulated the parents , teachers and students for the tremendous effort taken to make the function an event to remember . The morning of 18th December will remain inscribed in the hearts of everyone for many days to come.
