Kuwait to host ICC World T20 Asia 'A' Qualifier match

Teams from Kuwait, Maldives, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and UAE will fight their luck at ICC World T20 Asia 'A' Qualifier match to be held in Kuwait this weekend. The first ever ICC Tournament in Kuwait will be held from 20th to 28th April with Kuwait kick starting the tournament on Friday the 20th at Sulebiya Cricket Ground at 8.30 am vs Maldives.

Arrangements have been made for supporters and families to come enjoy and support the Kuwait team as they embark on this journey under Head Coach Herschelle Herman Gibbs, Kuwait Cricket officials informed.

Earlier, Kuwait Cricket has appointed South African superstar Herschelle Gibbs as the national coach for the Kuwait team. The Kuwait team will be lead by Captain Kashif Shareef. The finals will be held on April 27th 2:00 pm at Doha Entertainment City cricket ground.
