Kerala Arts and Nataka Academy (KANA), Kuwait will organize a theatre festival for the Malayali theatre lovers in Kuwait. The theatre festival titled 'Thoppil Bhasi Theatre Festival 2018 ' will consist of an amateur drama competition and a theatre workshop scheduled for the third week of October 2018. The Academy is inviting amateur Malayalam theatre groups to submit scripts and register their participation in the competition with the Academy office-bearers. The duration of the play must not fall short of 30 minutes while it must not exceed 45 minutes. Participating troupes are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Academy for the fair and just conduct of the competition. The type-written scripts must be submitted on or before July 31, 2017 to the following office-bearers of the Academy.
