Bharatheeya Pravasi Parishad conducted an overnight stay camp at Wafra

Sthreeshakthi , the Women's wing of Bharatheeya Pravasi Parishad conducted an overnight stay camp at Wafra on 3rd and 4thApril .

The event started on 7.30 Pm with a campfire along with songs and dance

The next day started with an early morning Yoga session conducted by Mr. Abhilash continued by games. Games were so informative and competitive, thanks to Mr. Suneesh for his brilliant management.

‘American auction’ was another attraction of the event in which all the family members participated with vigor and enthusiasm

Mr.Byju Sarangadharan gave awareness session on the hazards of pesticides. He stressed on the need to assign a qualified agent for dispensing pesticides in our flats, as it is safe for the health of the occupants.

Mr. Vimal gave another interesting talk on home safety and basic firefighting.

Both the sessions were imparted to the women attendees with an aim to develop a sense of safety and health in their minds, as men will be at work, woman should be able to counter minor emergencies at their respective flats.

Thanks to Mr.Byju and Mr. Vimal for their presentation and to the participants for their wholehearted involvement.

Closing ceremony was addressed by Mr.Vijayaraghavan, organizing secretary, BPP

Adv. Sumod, President BPP, distributed medals to the winners.

Mr.Surendran & Adv.Vidya Sumod coordinated the events

Mr.Narayanan Othiyath, and Mr. Rajeev, Coordinated the Camp

Around 200 members including 63 families enjoyed the camp and its various facilities.
