Famous Indian Sitar maestro Ustad Shahid Pervez and tabla maestro Ojas Adhiya presented a unique Sitar concert at Yarmouk Cultural Centre (DAI). The event organized by Indian Business & Professional Council (IBPC) - Kuwait in association with Dar - Al - Athar Al Islamiyya was attended by large number of music lovers including Indian and other nationalities.
The soul-stirring rendition of the sitar by one of India’s greatest classical musicians of his generation was applauded by large number of music lovers including Kuwaiti and other nationals.
Earlier, the IBPC Chairman Sri Shivi Bhasin welcomed the audience and IBPC Vice-President Anant Kapadiya introduced the mastreos. The event was graced by Indian Ambassador to Kuwait HE Sri Jeeva Sagar, officials from Dar - Al - Athar Al Islamiyya and several other dignitaries.
