Bachelors evicted from 55 buildings

Monday, May 21, 2018

Capital Municipality Emergency Team has evicted bachelors from 55 buildings in line with Law No.125/2008. According to local daily Arab Times, several complaints concerning bachelors were dealt with when the team was conducting the “Contact us Campaign”. Daily added that monitoring authorities at the branches of the Municipality in all six governorates were ready for the massive inspection campaign to demolish encroachments on public property, billboards and open spaces, while monitoring street hawkers and other unauthorized use of roadsides such as abandoned vehicles. The officials will also follow up the cleaning companies to see the rate at which they abide by the contracts signed with the municipality, in addition to petitions from the populace via social media during and after Ramadan.

The inspectors from emergency team dealt with 2008 complaints concerning bachelors and carried out investigations in 130 buildings of which 22 responded and confirmed they were family buildings. The remaining 108 have yet to respond in that concern.

Those expriates who are opposing bachelors were also bachelor at one time when they landed in Kuwait first time. Now they are staying with their families they are opposing bachelors staying in family areas. This shows the mindset of expriates community.

There are good bachelors and bad bachelors, so you will eliminate all, this is not correct. After all they are also human beings they also want to live in the area where they are working like others, what is the problem. If you feel they are problem for your country, ask them to leave the country and import any bachelors from other countries. Be fair in dealing with them and also think what local bachelors are doing of your country. Ofcourse the decision is yours after all it is your country , but be fair in framing the policies, as your country bachelors are also staying in other countries which no country is objecting than why you only?
