We as parents congratulate the ICSK management for their vision and the apt way of treating teachers the way they should be treated. Many premium schools as they call, don''t pay the salary that ICSK pays to their teachers but want them to work all saturdays, work long hours and then ask them to pay for their visa much more than the actual charges are. No wonder ICSK is milking very good teachers from the premium schools and strengthening their own school. It is also true that ICSK pays two salaries for the all the staff including their principals for working in two shifts. So ICSK is THE place for good teachers to work and earn seriously. Well Mr. Abdulka and team. ICSK will soon beat all the so called premium schools in Kuwait in academics and working standards and the days are not far of.
