Heartfulness Celebrates International Yoga day 2018

Heartfulness ,a worldwide Relaxation and Meditation organization, with its programs available in 130 countries and having its Middle East Headquarters in Dubai, conducted a Yoga and Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation session in Kuwait on 22nd June 2018 at the I.C.S.K Amman Branch to celebrate the International Day of Yoga.



Many aspirants from diverse cultures, nationalities and age groups attended and benefited from this session. “Heartfulness Way” the Amazon best seller book written by Mr.Kamlesh Patel the Global Guide of Heartfulness, was presented to the new meditators after the session. As quoted by an attendee” It was one of the best experiences I have had with meditation”. The event concluded with many relaxed and rejuvenated seekers wanting to experience more sessions in the future.



Simplified heart-based Raja yoga meditation techniques, like ‘Heartfulness’, is designed to suit our hectic lives. With its holistic approach, it is effective in reducing stress, improving sleep and quality of life, when practiced regularly. Meditative practices thus help to integrate the brain functions, regulate the various physiological mechanisms resulting in a state of mental, emotional and physical well-being.
