Entry to the Indian Embassy is only from road no 30

Tuesday, July 10, 2018

Due to the rehabilitation and development works at the Daeyah Diplomatic Enclave, all access from Arabian Gulf Road to the Embassy of India has been stopped by the concerned local authorities. Entry for all diplomatic missions, including the Embassy of India, would be through Route No. 30 and then through the new access road behind the Embassy of Iraq.

The parking of vehicles would be at the designated parking area in front of the Embassy of India.

It''s better to enter via gulf road and then take right through a gate and park near to the iraq embassy there is a ground . But sometimes these interior ''officers'' stop you from going through this road . Very inconvenient and highly inconsiderate of the embassy not to inform in newspaper !! Considering the huge amounts of people visiting daily and the huge revenue they collect !!!!

To day I had been to the Indian embassy.I had read this article yesterday evening so i took road 30 and entered the diplomatic enclave and one can park on the road side and exit out through the same road towards Gulf road.
But there is a big fence between the two road and also in front of embassy and one cannot cross across in front of embassy. one has to walk all the way up to gulf road exit and enter through the check point and walk 1 km upto iraq embassy and go behind and reach the indian embassy.Early morning there was a car shuttling the people after that i did not see. Private cars cannot go but taxis being allowed so they can just drop people and go back.very cumbersome at this scorching heat.

"The parking of vehicles would be at the designated parking area in front of the Embassy of India". As I know designated parking is for embassy staff only, not for the public visitors. does any one know is there any other parking available for public? Concerned officials please pay your attention of inconvenience of visitors too for parking issue. thanks in advance.
