Embassy of India announces postponement of Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz

The cut-off date for registration for Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz 2018-19 is extended till 15 October, 2018, Indian Embassy informed in a press release.

Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz is organised by the Ministry of External Affairs of India with an aim to motivate overseas Indian youth to develop interest to know and understand India. Later Government of India open participation in this competition to foreign citizens also.

The 1st round of the 2nd edition of Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz will be held from October 16 to October 31, 2018. All eligible overseas Indian youth as well as foreign citizens residing in Kuwait are invited to register and take part in the Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz. Online registration for all the contestants participating in the online or offline Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz is mandatory.

The First round of the Quiz will be conducted by the Embassy. The top three contenders/participants of the first round of the Quiz from each category of NRI & PIO as well as Foreign Citizens, who are eligible for the second round, will be given Medals by the Missions. The 2nd round of Online Quiz will be conducted by the Ministry online. The exact date and time of 2nd Round of the Quiz will be posted on the web portal www.bharatkojaniye.in. The Semi-Final and Final Rounds of the Quiz will also be conducted by the Ministry in India.
