Minister Hind Al-Sabeeh to visit India to discuss domestic workers recruitment

The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Minister of State for Economic Affairs Hind Al-Sabeeh will visit India shortly to discuss and finalize the recruitment of domestic workers from India. She will also visit other countries includes Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Vietnam and the Philippines to agree on costs and salaries.

The Al-Durra Home Employment Company will soon begin recruiting domestic workers from four new countries including Burkina Faso, Vietnam, Nepal and Ethiopia in an effort to resolve the crisis of labor shortage and reduce the cost of recruitment.

The company is in open discussions with Burkina Faso need some final touches and the expected price of recruitment is about 590 dinars, while the domestic helper shall receive a salary between 70 to 80 dinars. The company has almost completed the agreement with Ethiopia and the price of recruitment is about 380 dinars and a salary of about 80 dinars.

IN INDIA IF U WANT TO HIRE A LABOR FOR 09.00 AM TO 05.00 PM THEY WILL CHARGE 300-500.MEANS 10000 TO 15000 RS.
IT MEANS HOW MUCH THEY EARNING BY LIVING IN INDIA WITH FAMILY.
IF THEY COMES HERE WHAT THEY WILL GET AND HOW KUWATI PEOPLES TREAT THEM.

There is no need to visit India if you think you are going to offer 70 to 80 kd. this is a joke. At least a minimum of 150 to 200 Kd should be considered fair.

In India domesitic workers are getting Rs.15000-20000/per month. We are giving this salary in India. I think nobody will come for this cheap salary.
