Due to the unstable weather conditions in the country, Kuwait Council of Ministers declared holiday for all ministries, government institutions, colleges and public and private schools on Wednesday, 14th November 2018 and consider it a day of Rest.
Forecasts indicate that there would be heavy downpours and active winds with high speed, the cabinet said today. Precautionary moves was taken to ensure the safety of both citizens and expatriates, they added.
The cabinet appealed to all people to be cautious and follow up instructions and guidelines issued by the state official bodies.
