KD 5 fine for spitting on road

Public Sanitation and Road Works Department Director at the Kuwait Municipality branch in Hawally Governorate Dr Saad Al-Jillawi said the reconciliation order fee for throwing cigarette butts and spitting on the streets is KD5 which should be paid immediately.

He also said that the fine for water leakage from air conditioning units in some commercial shops reached KD300 while the reconciliation order fee amounted to KD100.

jose Tuesday, December 11, 2018 Well said CM.... @Shumaila, I accept older generations of we mallus used to chew pan and spit on the road during the ''80s. But you can''t spot a new gen doing that. I have traveled across north India. It''s really a shit to walk through the rural area and even urban roads in Gujarat, UP, MP etc.. The whole road was full of pan spits and that too done by new gen idiots. I think you never visited Kerala to see the hygienic condition of we mallus. How can you blindly blame on mallus without seeing it?
