The Indian buffet with live music will be held every Wednesday night at Flavors Restaurant at Safir Fintas Kuwait Hotel, which will take you on a journey to the enchanting India to enjoy along with your family members and friends. A buffet of Indian dishes and live cooking station will be held at at Flavors restaurant from 7 pm to 11 pm every Wednesday.
Culinary chefs have prepared authentic and traditional Indian dishes, as well as rich varieties that satisfy all tastes of appetizers, main dishes and exquisite desserts to make the evening a memorable one as Indian cuisine is basically influenced by many other countries. It is known for its large assortment of dishes and its liberal use of herbs and spices. Wheat, Basmati rice and pulses with Chana (Bengal gram) are important staples of the Indian diet.
From the buffet “Indian Chaat” as a savory mouthwatering snack that originated in India, typically served as an hors d'oeuvre across the Indian subcontinent in India. Mughlai Dish known as “Malai Chicken Tikka” with Makhani Mayo cooked in a traditional way.
