It is very well said that “Personality development is a major time saver. The better you become, the less time it takes you to achieve your goals.” Personality development is the knowledge of what you are. It includes all the traits you have, your weaknesses and strengths. School plays an important role in the personality development of the students. This is essential for the holistic development of children and their survival in this competitive world.

On 28th April, 2019 a personality development and career guidance workshop was held at Indian Learners Own Academy for the students of classes 10th, 11th and 12th. The session was conducted by 3 very well-known dignitaries from Jindal Global University.

Dr Sanjeev P. Sahani, the principal director of the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) at Sonipat, has 27 years of experience in the field of human resource and behavioural sciences. A very ambitious and persistent personality, who shared tips on how to increase 10% of your current percentage. His tips were very beneficial to the students; it included the proper nutrition, proper posture, correct and effective techniques of how to remember the syllabus for a longer period of time, sound sleep, exercise, intake of water, schedule for studies, how to be physically and mentally fit etc.

Next was Dr Ashish Bharadwaj, the associate professor at the Jindal Global Law school, director of Jindal institute of research and also the assistant director of technical center of IP and technology law. The very charming and courteous personality explained how social sciences go hand in hand with technology. He elucidated the different perspectives of technology.

Lastly Dr C RajKumar took over the stage. Professor (Dr)RajKumar is the founding Vice chancellor of Jindal Global Law School, faculty member at the school of law of city university of Hong Kong. He encouraged the students to opt for humanities and excel in that field.
