More than 500 people  arrested in police crackdown

More than 500 people were arrested during a police crackdown in Hawally and Farwaniya governorates.

Earleier, in a similar raid in the Capital and Ahmadi governorates, 232 people were detained from Ahmadi Industrial Area, Bneid AlGar and Sharq Industrial Area.

The security raid in Salmiya (Block 12)resulted in the arrest of 226 people and 296 people arrested in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh for violations that included having expired visas, breaking the residency law, failure to produce documents and absconding among others, the interior ministry announced yesterday.

Security authorities are continuing crackdowns on areas with large populations of laborers and suspected illegal workers, the ministry added in a statement.

To Tosh > Just because you are living in Jaleeb without visa or iqama or running a shop without licence, don''t think that all others in jaleeb are like you!
In simple medical terms, this condition is called ''delusional disorder'' .. please seek medical attention!
