Initially the school was primary running in Farwaniya,by Late Mr.Ibrahim Al Qutaimi. April 2007 shifted to Jaleeb for further growth and development. Now it is running under the generous sponsorship of Mrs. Hind Ibrahim Al Qutaimi. The school is now in growing stage,introducing this year with Std.IX. It is affiliated with CBSE.

The school has Spacious Lab for Chemistry,Physics,Biology & Computer,Library,Indoor games, Music, Art & Craft,Auditorium, 2 Big Playgrounds.
Kuwait Indian School participated in various activities like,Dance Competition, Drawing Competition, Surah & Quran Competition,Hindi Debate Competition etc.achieving trophies and certificates. In National Science Olympiad our school student has scored highest marks in Kuwait Region.
