I recently obtained a loan from Gulf Bank.
Because my company is not listed, they gave me three years with an EMI of a maximum of 40% of my salary with interest 7.25%.
You must transfer the salary account to Gulf Bank; the loan will be processed after you receive your first salary.
Before transferring salary, you can provide the necessary documents and obtain loan pre-approval.
40% of your salary as an EMI If your salary is 400, you will receive a loan of around 5160 KD with a monthly EMI of 160 KD.
For 500 KD salary - 6450 KD loan with around 200 KD monthly EMI

Banks in Kuwait encourage expats to be self-reliant and not depend on banks. This is really appreciated.

If your company is not listed, you have 3years.
If listed, I believe 5 years.

Loans are still being given by select banks. Rate is high. Check with Gulf Bank. But you will need to transfer your salary to that bank and before that complete some formalities.
