For what purpose you took loan? Simply took the loan for no reason and planning to invest and then repay the loan from the investment profit, you are breaking the initial rule of investment. If you invest that loan amount in any ponzy scheme expecting to double your money, your life is gone. Repay the loan and become debt free, then invest your monthly income to generate corpus

I agree with Subin. Debt is a trap. You pay interest to the money which you owe. Think another way, if bank is able to make more revenue on this money why would they lend to people. And if you think you can make more revenue than bank is charging, you must be extremely lucky. You may be able to do it at a greater risk. And you take that risk with out even knowing you have taken the risk. The biggest risk is on the exchange rate. You may be generating 10 % return in India at max consistently for the next 5 years. You may be paying here an interest of 7% minimum, and the simple exchange rate will increase in favor of kwd at the rate of 4 % per annum. And the inflation will eat away 3 % of your money. So, in reality the 10 % return is actually - 4 %. That means at the end of 5 years, the over all loss is 4 %. For investment loan is not an option. You should have started a recurring deposit with what ever money you intended to pay installment. At the end of 5 years you would have atleast 8 % more corpus than the loan method.

I remember one of my known person, after watching all the fancy youtube videos about F&O, took loan of 10 lakh rupee and started F&O trading. Despite my warning, he started trading in Options and within 2 month time, he lost his 10 lakh rupee. Now struggling to repay the loan! He was inspired by various Youtube videos!!!

Just open FD in HDFC bank for 10 years. Your money will double within this period. If you are ready to take little risk, u can wthdraw this FD''s interest on monthly basis and you can start SIP in mutual fund. I am sure you can make good return and your loan amount remained safer in bank account. FD shall be hold in 5 lakhs each unit, this may help u in the future for partial withdrawal.

Never take loan to invest money. That''s dumbest thing to do, unless you know how to make 20% per annum after paying 7% interest per annum.
