Visit visa- surname is twice in passport as was in village

Since i got visit visa before(19) without any querry , i purchased return ticket for wife re applied this month..but BLS staff notified that wife name on last page where surname reflected before wifes name ( although spelllings are same)

While in wife''s passport my name mentioned as my name and my surname ( as per aadhaar card and my kids also have same as per school in western India and in my passport wife''s name is mentioned as first family surname then her name and then my name ...
Now BLS counter staff asked me to write a handwritten letter and gave me "approval receipt " and said in 2days they will update email me..

In central india ( nearby Hyderabad) we follow name of family as surname first then person name and then again surname and then fathers name...( all my certifactes from school college and my PP civil id same..
Anyone faced such issue..pls guide me . Suddey they making any querry...
