If you want to live happily and peacefully then do as below:-

1. Never invite office colleagues to your home.

2. Never visit home of office colleagues.

3. Never ever send or accept FB request from office colleagues. If added, they will peep in your personal life.

4. Never ever add office colleagues to your LinkedIn profile.

5. Never tell office colleagues more than what they need to know about your personal life e.g. family, children, home, relatives etc.

Draw a boundary between work life colleagues and personal life. Office colleagues are never well-wishers.

Instead of wasting your time by posting useless and unproductive advice on forums, consider spending time to have a good rapport with your colleagues and get to know them better. After all, we spend a significant portion of your life with them!

First thing i did after joining new company is to find username of my manager on insta and block them permanently so i can live risk free life :p

I think you have faced problem due to point 1 or 2. either your office colleague visited your home and have some attraction towards your wife, or you have visited your office colleague and have attracted towards his wife.

May b you faced some issues after you became tooooo close with your colleagues.
Habibii... woke up now or may be you are new in working environment. You should never do this in your real life.. Office colleagues in office only and dont carry them to home or to share your personal details. Its like handing over loaded gun to them to shoot us when necessary :D
