I would like to know the calculation of salary in 2 ways, in our company we are calculating the salary as per 30 days - Example - 300 Salary divide by 30 days so per day KD 10 Salary multiply working days in a month (our salary month starting from 21st each month to 20th each month ie from 21 May to 20 June like this) (Joined 4th June to 20th June so will be 17 Days so salary is KD 170/-)
Second by 26 days how we can calculate request you to explain.

hi,
calculation by 26 days, its not considering Fridays. Means he worked 15 days and his salary will be 173.075 (300/26 * 15 days)
