CA degree attestation with Kuwait Accountants and Auditors Association for Driving licence

Hi,
Can someone tell me from where to get my CA degree attested from Kuwait Accountants and Auditors Association for Driving licence (considering CA will be acceptable by them for accountant purpose), any location or number will help.
Also, will it be useful or acceptable to maroor (under exempt category as I have not completed 2 years) if I just get the degree attested, as my designation is similar to accountant but is not of an accountant.
If anyone has a similar experience please comment, as previous threads have contradictory views.

1. Please prepare your documents:
i. Original Degree, translated and attested by MOFA and copy
ii. Civil ID copy
iii. Passport Copy (optional)
iv. Mark Sheets
2. Go to KAAA located opposite to KPC (Shuwaikh seaside, near Maalia) - Find in Google Map
3. Visit after 10 am

Please note that the Receptionist is a corrupted person who would ask for bribe 50KD, if you do not have mark sheet. Don''t pay more than 5KD by Knet.
