You start searching for old books in April as the 10th class exams would have been over. That time you will find old books. Some sell (to make fullest use of money) while some give free (as a charity).
Those who don't do either, throw the books in the dustbin.

I am ready to wait till the 10th exams are over....but no one wants to sell OR give it free .... i find this very strange here in Kuwait.

There are many ways to do it:
1.Tap the kids in your building who may be in 10th class. Request them to donate their books once their exams are over and they are back to ipads.
2. Find out class 10 exam time table. On the day of exam visit the school and stand in front of any school gate and make agreement with the students to donate/sell/surrender their books/guides after they finish their that day's subject. Collect the books from their home. You have to do this exercise till you collect all subjects.
Note: take an oath that you will offer free books to any needy students so that they don't suffer the way you are suffering by posting in IIK books for sale and/or talk to your building kids that you would offer free books.
