Normally banks in Kuwait will not give you a loan unless you have a salary account with them. Your best option is to go for a cash loan from Commercial Facilities Company ( http://www.cfc-kw.com/ ). Usually the loan is processed within the same day. Better to visit them in person with all documents.

i went through the site of CFC and submitted the online form for Cash Loan.
I want to know what are the document i have to prepare for the bank?
So that I will go to bank with all required papers.
If you can help me it will be great.

CFC is not a bank. It is a finance company. You should keep the following documents with you when going for loan:
1. Salary Certificate
2. Civil ID
3. Passport
4. Your Company authorized signatory authority paper (itima towkiya): copy only (One of the signatories should be the same as the person who signed your salary certificate)
5. Shoon paper showing your salary (usually not required but keep a xerox handy)
6. Print out of bank statement for last 3 months showing your salary credit.
