Tonsillitis, appendices , fractures and normal pregnancy is safe in Kuwait. Anything more than that is at your risk. I know a person (Kuwaiti) who went for a Bariatric surgery at KOC and a piece of some other intestine was removed. Now patient taken to UK for treatment.

Don't take a chance. If you are from south India, go to Aravind eye hospital in Madurai or Coimbatore.

I had a surgery for blocked tear duct of my right eye at KOC hospital. The surgery was successful. The facilities were excellent. I had no complaints. I heard both good and bad reports about KOC. My experience is good. I think it depends on the Doctor and which operation. If you have any concerns, do not take risk. Go to India for your own secure feeling and satisfaction.

. The quality of materials and medicines used are top class and no need to spend single fils from your pocket. I have my cataract surgery scheduled for January 2018 at KOC hospital. Surgery will be done by doctors from MOH, not KOC doctors. Appointment may take too long time. If you cannot wait, get it done in India
