Hiring House maid from Srilanka

Gents,
We are Indians and my wife and my self are working and we have salaries of 1500 KWD+ each on the shoun paper. We have 3.5 year old kid and we look to hire a maid from srilanka. We do have her passport copy available.
Please can you suggest what are the procedure to follow to sponsor a visa so that we can bring her to Kuwait.
