Dear Muhammad,
Your family can enter within 3 months from the date of visa issuance and the same has been mentioned on the visa.
Infants do not need a P..C.C

My wife is Kuwait resident and presently in India for delivery... for Child visa members pls suggest on the above options - 1) Either I should bring the child on visit visa and then convert into dependent visa or 2) Directly I bring my child on dependent visa and then do visa stamping on passport
Please share the pros and cons of both options and method of getting the visas and time required/ fees involved
Note - I have already read previous threads and they are bit old. Please share the details.

Dear Piyush, You can bring your infant on visit visa and change it to dependent visa in Kuwait. Wont take much time.
