Driving License - Work Permit Service date

Dear All,

To apply driving license, I have all eligibility.
But I have one problem in my Work permit. It shows only the latest date of entry in kuwait. I have changed my passport and I joined in new company. It is not showing the old entry date. As per new permit Its not meeting the 2 years completion.
My application will get reject?
What is the procedure to change the service date in work permit?
Please advise.
