Its very easy to block salary. Call bank and tell you have lost your bank card. automatically full salary will be block.

go shoun and complaint. They will help you. I was in similar situation, I took full salary by civil id and plus complaint. I got release.

No need go with Arabic person. just to shoun office, yes min 1 year must finish to get release. But still shoun is good they do help. First think are you ready to accept hard time incase you loose you job or visa. Complaining in shoun also means you cant work and no salary for sure, and they will call you in week or 2 weeks its also waste of time unless you have family relatives who will help you with basic needs.

According to me the best way would be to start under-performing with ur job. Be messy with ur work, complete ur target later than the time allowed.be inattentive, start using mobile during office hours.
Once ur employer will find u useless he will terminate u, giving u the right to leave the job immediately after u find a better job. and then u can proceed to shoun for the pending salaries
Note: Dont commit any fraud (Specially money-related) or be late to ur office. It may invite troubles for u. Just be lazy thats it
