Forget it. They are rather interested in constructing temple. If they had requested Kuwait authority to allow land for constuting a Hospital, it could have been approved.

My goodness. Height of some peoples stupid thinking. But might think what an genius idea I am giving.
First let our embassy take at least the last remains ( body of the dead ) Indians safely back home. That itself would be the greatest thing and people here thinking about hospitals and clinics.

This is impractical suggestion. Setting up and running a medicare facility is not an easy task. Indian Embassy shall focus on its consular duties only. What can be rather achievable is to have Indian medicare professionals offer their consultation at charitable rates to needy ones.
