Company asked to continue the job even after 3 month notice is finished

I was given a notice period of 3 months but now 5 months have passed and I have received two additional months salary since the project got extended for another year. But suddenly the Client has stopped the Project and so my company is not giving any new notice though the old notic eof three months got finished three months ago. Plz advice whether the Company should legally another notice since the old notice has now lapsed and i have received two additional salaries and there was not notice to discontinue the work. Plz advice. Thanx.
