steps contd.....
1) get stamp paper 100 Rs non-judicial from India (buy stamp paper on my name)
2) the Indian embassy (in kuwait) POA format to be printed on that stamp paper.
3) it is to be signed by my father (in whose favour the PoA is executed) on last page or every page
I am not sure about this step.
should it be signed ? if yes , where in the page ?
In our embassy POA draft, there is no place for signature of the person accepting attorney !
4) get this POA from India to kuwait
5) Get it attested at Indian embassy (Kuwait). They will issue fome POA embassy reference number (which is to be mentioned during execution )
6)Send it to India for use ( it is Ready for execution ,depending upon step 7) .
7) if step 3 is not done above then
person accepting the PoA will sign in the presence of the notary who further attests the signature.
Now it is ready for execution.
I appreciate comments from anybody in the forum who has already done this and executed successfully.
Thanks for valuable suggestion.

I have recently done POA and my view are:
Step 2: I am not aware whether Indian embassy has any specific format. But it is better to get the format from the Bank/finance institution where your father is going to use this POA. Because the contents of the POA should be accetable to them.
You have to sign all the sheets and there is specific column for the signature in the last page, which Embassy will verify againt your passport.
It is better to print your father's photo on the last page for additional security (my advocate's advise)
i obtained the stamp paper through courier and I printed the contents over here including the photo.
The same was signed only by me. I left a column for my brother's signature on the last page. While submitting to bank, the same was blank and they didn't ask for the same.(He signed later at his end)

It is not compulsory that the PoA should include the sign of the assignee. But the assignee should produce his ID & signature proof at the executional stage. But it is advisable to include the photo, signature and other ID details in PoA.
