2. Submit these documents at Ministry of Justice, Liberation Tower to make Arabic contract
3. Attest this contract at MOFA

All passengers arriving to Kuwait on Article 17, 18, 20 or 22 visas or commercial visit visa, and holding new residence permit not yet stamped on the passport, needs to have this permit (duplicate A4 visa ) revalidated and verified by Kuwait Embassy at the country of origin.
They must hold original Police Clearance Certificate issued by local passport office at country of origin, also verified by Kuwait Embassy. Kuwait Embassy will not verify visas unless passengers show this PCC. Passengers have to present this original document on arrival at Kuwait immigration or will be deported on the same flight back.
Children under 18 years are exempted, but if Article 22 visa not stamped on the passport, it has to be verified by Kuwait Embassy.

1. Fill application forms at typing center.
2. Documents: Old and new sponsor civil id copy, wife's civil id copy, official documents of new sponsor. No relationship affidavit attested by embassy and foreign affairs.
3. Submit papers at jawazat. If the clerk notes sponsor and maid being of same nationality, he will ask you to get signature from mudir. Get signature. Return to same counter and take the date stamp on it.
4. Take the papers to insurance office in the same building and make the insurance card.
5. Go to next office where they will cancel the existing residence and punch the maid's civil id.
6. Take a token and go to any counters inside jawazat. They will tell you to pay KD 200 for 2 years. Go to cashier, pay and get the receipt.
7. Return to same counter with the receipt and they will put the new residency in the passport. You should have KD 10 stamp.
8. If maid has traveled 6 months before transfer, she has to do medical.
